The wire stripping pliers are fully ESD compliant and are manufactured from a special tool steel with a black oxidised finish that is corrosion resistant and reduces glare. Suitable for stripping all common wire insulation types, the six fixed blade pairs (0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.3mm / 16-26 AWG) are hardened for long-term performance. The tool is multi-functional, with integrated shears for cutting soft copper wires up to 3mm O / 8AWG Stranded and a plier nose with serrated tips for gripping and looping wires.
